To redeem a particular purchase, just present your Kostizi Card to that merchant. It’s that simple! No need to print out paper vouchers. Just use your Kostizi Card!

The Kostizi ezCard is the smartphone version of the Kostizi Card. Instead of showing the merchant your plastic Kostizi Card, you can display your ezCard on your smartphone’s web browser.

The ezCard works the same way as your Kostizi Card. When you are ready to redeem a particular purchase you’ve made, simply show them your ezCard.

A plastic Kostizi Card is automatically mailed to the address you gave us when you registered. Don’t have one? Simply request a card HERE and we’ll mail one to you right away!

Yes you can. Each Kostizi Card has a different, identifying number. Once you register that card number to your account, it can be used for all your purchases, just as any other registered Kostizi Card that you have already registered. You can have multiple Kostizi Cards associated with your account. Think of it as several keys that open the same door. Each card is a key that opens your account – for redemption at the merchant, or when you purchase and Load a value on your card.

Click HERE to report your card lost or stolen. Your balances will be safe as long as your card is reported lost or stolen.

Kostizi Gift Cards are now available at participating merchants’ locations. If a friend sends you one, simply register it HERE and the gift card balance will be added to your account. And if you buy a Kostizi Gift Card for a friend, once your friend registers that card, it’s now their Kostizi Card and can be used for all purchases!
