What is the Kostizi card? Kostizi has developed a multi-merchant, reloadable value card. Think of it as a gift card, but one card that is good at lots of different merchants. Plus you can add credits to your Kostizi card for any participating merchant on websites powered by Kostizi.

What is Load & Go!? Load & Go! is Kostizi's trademark for the simple process of adding credits to your Kostizi card, and redeeming credits with participating merchants via a simple swipe of the Kostizi card. For the merchant, it's as easy as processing a credit card. For consumers, it means getting great offers at restaurants, nightclubs, spas, and more -- without having to remember to bring along an embarrassing coupon to pay. Just present your Kostizi card for payment just like you would a credit card.

Can I keep using my old Kostizi card? No. After Beta Launch of the new Kostizi card, you'll need one of the new cards. Just login to your Kostizi account and request a new card! Plus, many of our participating merchants will carry Kostizi cards -- and for now, they are FREE!

Will my old card balances transfer to the new card? Yes. Be sure to make note of the balances on your old card before you switch to the new one. If you find any discrepancies, please contact customer support.

What's different about the new card? The new Kostizi card will be a lot easier for merchants to use ... which means there will be a lot more merchants accepting the new Kostizi card! We learned a whole lot with the first Kostizi card. We've been developing the new Kostizi card over a year now, and are excited to be launching!

How can I become a Kostizi card merchant? It’s easy! No new equipment, no reprogramming of your credit card terminals or POS system, no employee retraining! Just contact us at sales@kostizi.com for the complete skinny!
